The Environmental Services Project, an initiative of the Albanian Government, co-financed by IBRD, Swedish Government and the Global Environment Facility, represent an overarching project that support the Ministry of Environment to implement the national strategy and its action plan, to develop institutional capacity in management and information systems as well as to empower beneficiaries of forest and pasture resources.

ASC proposes to support Municipality of Tirana as follow up of project implementation during 2013 on assessing the local budget from a gender perspective by focusing specifically to the programme of Social Services and Housing.
